PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air blower capable of efficiently giving comfort to seating persons, and to provide a seat incorporated therewith. SOLUTION: This air blower consists of an air blowing source for sucking air in the outside of the blower, a ventilation flue for passing the air sucked to the air blowing source, and an outlet for blowing the air passing through the ventilation flue to the outside of the blower, and the air suction by the air blowing source and the air blowing from the outlet are executed at a face where an object is present. This air blower consists of the air blowing source for blowing air to the outside of the blower, the ventilation flue for passing the air to be sent to the air blowing source and a suction port for sucking the air in the outside of the blower, and the air blowing by the air blowing source and the air suction from the suction port are executed on a face where the object is present.
