PURPOSE: A coating composition is provided to ensure excellent chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and adhesion while not containing lead or chrome, and to suppress yellowing in exposure to the UV rays and to prevent environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: An anti-corrosive coating composition comprises 20~45 weight% of a main material containing a urethane epoxy resin with 800~8000 average molecular weight, 15~20 weight% of amine hardener, 20~25 weight% of zinc powder as pigment, salt 12~17 weight% of alkali metal salt or ammonium salt as a dispersing agent, and 13~18 weight% of filler. The hardener includes at least one selected from the group consisting of amidoamine, amido amide amine, Mannich base, polyether amine, m-xylene diamine, isophorone diamine, ethylene diamine, diethylene triamine, triethylene tetraamine and tetraethylene pentaamine. |
