PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker effectively heating a heating object placed on a bottom surface-placement table and a cooking dish in a heating chamber. SOLUTION: This cooker includes a control section 160 heating the material to be heated based on information from an operation section 23 and output from a temperature detection means and an infrared ray detection means. The control section 160 controls a high frequency supply means 40 based on the output from the infrared ray detection means when heating only the first material to be heated 11a, and controls a radiation heat supply means 20 based on the output from the temperature detection means when heating only the second material to be heated 11b. Further, the control section controls the high frequency supply means and radiation heat supply means based on a program input from the operation section 23 when simultaneously heating the first and second materials to be heated.
