PURPOSE: A component mounting device for a vehicle box is provided to reduce the weight of a box, manufacturing cost, and simplify the structure of the box. CONSTITUTION: A component mounting device for a vehicle box comprises a mounting plate(30) and a holder(40). Inside the mounting plate, a terminal is inserted and a holder hole(35) passes through the location which is deviated from a connector part(37). The holder is coupled on the mounting plate to surround the connector part and supports one side of the terminal. The holder has a guide leg(45) passing through the holder hole and surrounds the exterior of electrical equipment(20) mounted on one side of the mounting plate.
