PURPOSE: A light device is provided to change a color of the light emitted from an LED(Light Emitting Diode) using a fluorescent film including a fluorescent substance. CONSTITUTION: A light device includes a reflective plate(110), an LED unit(120), a fluorescent film(130), and a driver(140). The LED unit is arranged under the reflective plate and includes at least one LED(122). The fluorescent film includes a fluorescent substance(135). The fluorescent substance is comprised of the first to n-th stages. The fluorescent substance changes the color of the light emitted from the LED to the n colors. A driver selects one of the first to n-th stages of the fluorescent substance.
