PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor that reduces its noise more than in the prior art and secures its safety. SOLUTION: The motor includes a cylindrical rotor where a plurality of permanent magnets are circularly embedded along its periphery, a stator, which has a plurality of polar teeth facing the peripheral face of the rotor, a rotating shaft, which is fixed to the rotor, and a bearing, which supports the rotating shaft rotatably. The timing for one edge of the permanent magnet and a first polar tooth to come closest to each other and the timing for the other end and a second polar tooth to come closest to each other do not overlap.
