<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor reducing a constraint on the location where a power element is installed and having superior heat-dissipating properties, and to provide a compressor with the motor and an air conditioner. <P>SOLUTION: The motor 11 is provided with a shaft 13, a rotor 15 supported by the shaft 13, a stator 17 arranged around the rotor 15, a control board 19 for controlling the driving of the rotor 15 and a casing 21 housing the rotor 15, the stator 17 and the control board 19. The inside of the casing 21 is divided into a rotor chamber S1 arranging the rotor 15 and a control-board chamber S2 arranging the control board 19.
