<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a system, and an apparatus, for performing call reception control while taking into account not only band information but also packet processing performance. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention provides: a session border controller (SBC) including a plurality of terminals and an input buffer for making stagnant packets from the plurality of terminals; and a call control method in a network including a call control server for controlling the SBC. The relevant method has the steps of: (a) monitoring the input buffer at the SBC to determine whether or not packets are stagnant more than a predetermined congestion threshold; (b) notifying the call control server of congestion from the SBC in a case where it is determined that packets are stagnant more than the predetermined congestion threshold; and (c) instructing, from the call control server, the SBC not to receive a new call. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
