PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a button, accessory, and manufacturing method thereof by which a sufficient health-promoting effect is obtained from a smaller amount of negative ion-generating powder, compared with a conventional one. SOLUTION: A sheet member 100 made of cured polyester resin is punched out to obtain a columnar substrate 11. The substrate 11 is cut to form a ringlike recess 12 on the back side of the substrate 11. A first injection liquid 15 obtained by mixing the negative ion-generating powder into the polyester resin is injected into the recess 12, and the first injection liquid 15 is dried and solidified. The polyester resin as a second injection liquid 16 is further injected into the recess 12, and the second injection liquid 16 is dried and solidified.
