<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a caring load on a care giver is large because at-home care of a bedridden patient is executed on a bed and treatment of excretion in daily care is carried out by lifting the patient up or making the patient side-faced. <P>SOLUTION: A cut-out part 2 and an opening part 3 are provided in a mattress body 1. When a cared person tells urination desire, the cut-out part 2 is removed and an inserting toilet 4 is easily set. After the urination, it is easy to remove the inserting toilet 4 and treating excretions.
