<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness holding clip which can hold with respect to various diameters of wire harnesses and minimizes backlash. <P>SOLUTION: The wire harness holding clip 21 includes a pair of sidewalls 28 and 29 and a bottom wall 30. The intermediate between the pair of sidewalls 28 and 29 serves as a harness storage space 32. The first contact keeping piece 37 is continuously created at the sidewall 28. The first contact keeping piece 37 serves as a first contact keeping section to the wire harness. In the sidewall 29, the second contact keeping piece 38 is continuously created. The second contact keeping piece 38 serves as a second contact keeping section to the wire harness. A harness insertion part 39 is formed between the chips of the first contact keeping piece 37 and the second contact keeping piece 38. The third contact keeping piece 40 is continuously created at the sidewall 28.
