PURPOSE: A system for sending failure information to a person in charge through a communication network is provided to prevent human waste by informing a well-qualified person of a fault data primarily. CONSTITUTION: A sensor(21) generates malfunction data by sensing a failed state of an automation device. The sensor transfers malfunction data to the controller(20). The controller assigns the malfunction data to at least one of various groups. The controller transmits the malfunction data to a user terminal which is included in assigned groups. The controller outputs the malfunction data corresponding to the assigned groups. A communications unit(22) transmits the malfunction data according to the command of the controller. An output unit(23) outputs the malfunction data according to the command of the controller.
