POLYIMIDE RESIN COMPOSITES AND ARTICLES

PURPOSE: A polyimide resin composite is provided to ensure high thermal conductivity while not degrading inherent properties of a polyimide resin, such as heat resistance, elongation, and strength. CONSTITUTION: A polyimide resin composite comprises a polyimide resin and inorganic particles with thermal conductivity of 1.4 W/m·K. The inorganic particles are at least one kind of aluminum titanate and aluminum titanate-zirconium titanate composites or aluminum nitride. The aluminum titanate is obtained by mixing metal aluminum with aqueous nitric acid solution and mixing, washing, drying and heating the mixture.
