Rubber mats - with knubbed surface vacuum moulded on a perforated mould sheet

A mould plate with suction holes bored in it is positioned beneath the perforated mould sheet to form a vacuum chamber between the sheet and the plate and the side of the plate facing the sheet is finely roughened to evenly diffuse the air through the chamber. Pref. the plate and/or the sheet can be manufactured from a plastic coated wire netting which will not react with the rubber or rubber like material.
