PURPOSE: A management-efficient interior structure is provided, makes adjustment of division situation of a table possible and improves management efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A management-efficient interior structure comprises a plurality of tables(10) in which a food supply unit is prepared between the classified width interval; a food eating space(20) which is arranged toward the food supply unit and enables users to eat food; a food arranging path which is installed in the opposite direction of the table; and a blocking stand installed around the food supply unit to block the food supply unit.
