PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component transferring device enabling higher speed reciprocating action of a suction nozzle for carrying the electronic component from an electronic component alignment feeder to a suction chuck of a rotation table. SOLUTION: The electronic component inspection device has the electronic component transferring device (15) for reciprocating the attraction nozzle (28) while drawing a circular track between the component alignment feeder (11) and the suction chuck (12) of the rotation table (13) while maintaining the vertical attitude.
