PURPOSE: A structure of an apartment complex building is provided to help residents move over another household in a fire through a gate formed on a partition wall separating the households. CONSTITUTION: A structure of an apartment complex building comprises living spaces each having an entrance, a partition wall(10), and a connection part(20). The living spaces are faced each other with the partition wall interposed. The connection part is installed on the partition wall to selectively connect the living spaces. A frame(22) coupled with a gate(21) is installed on the connection part, and the gate can move from side to side in a through hole(11). One side of the frame is embedded in the partition wall, and the gate is positioned on the other side of the frame to be exposed toward each living space.
