PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and also quickly estimate merchandise and receive an order by quickly returning an estimation answer to an estimation request inputted from the system of a sales system. SOLUTION: A sales system server 13 connected to a fixed terminal 11 installed at a business point or a portable terminal device 12 is connected to the system 20 of a design system performing estimation and design. The system 20 prepares an estimation answer to an estimation request received from the server 13 by automatic estimation with a parametric design in an automatic estimating part 28 with respect to a routine special ordered item and inputs an estimation answer from an estimation inputting 30 with respect to an unprogrammed special ordered item by referring to the data of already designed similitude retrieved by a similitude retrieving part 29. These estimation answers are registered in an estimation file 24 and also transmitted to the server 13. |
