PURPOSE: A measurement terminal and a health control system using the same are provided to supply a health management service suitable for a wearer by monitoring a health state of the wearer without the time and space constraints. CONSTITUTION: An indoor/outdoor position information sensor(110) transmits the indoor/outdoor position information to a health management system. A bio-signal monitoring unit(120) extracts the bio data from a bio-signal of a wearer. An emergency call receiver(130) receives the emergency call information of the wearer. A prescription information receiver(140) receives the prescription information from the health control system. An intake result receiver(150) receives the intake result information of the wearer. A position information/bio signal analyzer(180) analyzes the indoor/outdoor position information, the bio data, and the emergency call information of the wearer.
