PV AND WIND HYBRID POWER SYSTEM USING ELECTRIC DOUBLE LAYER CAPACITOR

PURPOSE: A sunlight/wind power combination generating system using an electric double layer condenser is provided to use a voltage balance circuit, thereby maintaining voltage balance. CONSTITUTION: A power device produces electricity by using sunlight or wind power. A controlling device controls operation of an energy storage device and the power device. The energy storage device consists of a battery module and an electric double layer condenser module(110) connected to the battery module in parallel. Voltage balance circuits(VB1-VB5) are connected to each of electric double layer condensers(ELDC1-ELDC5) in parallel. The voltage balance circuits include Zener diodes.
