SPECTRO-PHOTOMETRIC SYSTEM FOR COLOR ANALYSIS OF DISPLAYS

PURPOSE: A color spectro-photometric system of a display is provided to obtain fast inspection speed and correctness of data by developing a system mutually supporting a filter system mode color analysis system and a spectrum mode color analysis system. CONSTITUTION: A spectrum image and surface measurement are obtained by one system. A prism including a slit and a diffraction lattice is applied to a surface measurement system. The prism comprises the diffraction lattice placed between two prisms, which are located in a wheel(F). A CCD(Charge Coupled Device) sensor is offered to obtain a wide vision image. The CCD sensor is arranged in the same optical axis(C). The slit passes a part of light to a focal plane, which is placed in a lens system.
