PURPOSE: A hermetical cover for insulating a substation facility is provided to seal a boundary between a transformer board and a door by arranging a tube and a tube mount unit in a transformer board case and the door. CONSTITUTION: A mounting unit is formed in the front side of a transformer board case(10). A door(20) is rotatably installed in the transformer board case. A tube(30) is made of rubber and is expanded and contracted by the air to seal the boundary between the transformer board case and the door. A plurality of leakage breakers(40) are installed in the distribution board case. A compressor(50) supplies the air to a pressure tank(60). The pressure tank stores the air supplied from the compressor. A pressure sensor(70) measures the pressure inside the pressure tank. A valve(80) supplies the air to the mounting socket of the tube. A switch unit(90) outputs an on signal and an off signal. A controller controls the operation of the compressor and the valve.
