<p>The invention relates to a biodegradable lubricant for equipments employed in food industries and to a process for preparing the same. According to the invention, the lubricant comprises: 78...92% soya oil and/or sunflower oil; 8...22% aluminium stearate; 0.8...5% benzoic acid; 0.1...3% oxidation preventive additive and 1.5...4% micronized talcum, tricalcium phosphate or calcium carbonate. The claimed process for preparing the lubricant consists in dispersing the aluminium stearate at the ambient temperature, for 30 min, in vegetable oil previously treated with an oxidation preventive additive and heating the mixture, while stirring, up to the temperature of 130A C, followed by the dosage of benzoic acid dissolved in vegetable oil, heating the reaction mass up to about 200A C and maintaining said temperature for 15 min, after which the reaction mass is cooled down to 150A C, while stirring, and further on, without stirring down to 90A C, the resulting product being finally additivated, homogenized and degassed.</p> |
