PURPOSE: A micro laser-integrated machine using laser ablation and a processing method thereof are provided to suppress the change of surface properties and prevent the deformation of material or the change of residual stress due to heat by excluding heat. CONSTITUTION: A micro laser-integrated machine using laser ablation comprises a cutting tool(100), a laser generating device(200), a laser unit(300), and a frame(400). The cutting tool cuts workpiece materials(500). The laser generating device is apart from the front side of the cutting tool. The laser generating device emits a laser beam(210). The laser beam peels off the workpiece material and a fine groove(510) is formed. The laser unit controls the laser beam emitted by the laser generating device for processing. The fame fixes the light generating device and the laser unit.
