PURPOSE: An antifouling film is provided to prevent pollutants from being left on the surface of a film and to absorb the pollutants inside the film by optimizing surface energy and structure of a film and to suppress pollution source such as fingerprint from being marked on the surface. CONSTITUTION: An antifouling film includes an antifouling layer(20) which has 20 mN/m or less of surface energy and vertical holes(22). A photocatalyst is included on at least one surface contacting the holes. A method for manufacturing the antifouling film comprises the steps of: preparing a base layer(10); and forming the antifouling layer on the base layer.
