PURPOSE: A device for attaching reinforcement strip of a gum chafer is provided to improve mountaiblity and ride comfort of a tire by reinforcing the thickness of the gum chafer with a shoulder gum strip, and to reduce failure rates of the tire due to remaining bubbles. CONSTITUTION: A device for attaching reinforcement strip of a gum chafer for a pneumatic tire includes the followings: a first extruder(10) extruding inner liner assembly and an inner liner strip; a second extruder(20) extruding a shoulder gum strip(200); a litter(30) partitioning a reinforcement gum strip(210,220) from the extruded shoulder gum strip; a guide roll(40) guiding the partitioned reinforcement gum strip to the top of the strip of the gum chafer; and a pressing drum(50) compressing the guided reinforcement gum strip to the strip of the gum chafer.
