PURPOSE: A rice-polishing machine with a cool air suction function is provided to gain clean grains of rice of high quality, and to offer breakage of the grains by supplying cold air to a rice-polishing roller. CONSTITUTION: A rice-polishing machine with a cool air suction function includes the followings: a rice-polishing container(20) having a first cold air supply chamber(21), a second cold air supply chamber(22), and a rice-polishing chamber(23); a rice tank(30) and a chaff tank(40) equipped on each cold air supply chamber; a rice suction pump supplying the rice to a rice-polishing unit(60); the rice-polishing unit having a rice-polishing roller(62); a polished rice tank(70) collecting the polished rice; and a cooling unit supplying cold air to the first and the second cold air supply chamber.
