PURPOSE: A dark current blocking circuit of an emergency light unit is provided to make a current flow to a dark current blocking part when a load is connected to the emergency light unit, and make the current not nearly flow a current to the dark current blocking part when there is no load, thereby reducing the damage of a vehicle caused by a dark current. CONSTITUTION: A switching unit(400) switches a voltage applied to a load(200). An oscillator(100) is connected to the switching unit to control the switching unit. A cutout unit(410) is connected to a series of switching element columns. The cutout unit blocks the switching operation of the switching element columns in an excess current. A connection unit(490) connects the switching element columns with the oscillator. A dark current cutout unit comprises a first transistor switching connection between a power input terminal and the VDD terminal of the oscillator. The base of the first transistor is connected to the output terminal of the load through resistors.
