<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat and its cover which prevent blackish foul of the toilet bowl from adhering to underclothes and clothes when sitting on the toilet seat. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Dropping parts 21 and 22 which extend downward are provided on a front part and both side parts which are continuously formed to the front part. The front part of the dropping part is 5 to 35 cm in length and both side parts are 5 to 35 cm in length, respectively.
