PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooler capable of sucking vaporized steam of cooling water generated in a heat exchange chamber into an ejector securely. SOLUTION: In this heating cooler, a gas circulation passage 3 and a liquid circulation passage 19 are connected with a jacket part 2 of a reaction furnace 1. The gas circulation passage 3 is connected with the cooling ejector 6 through a valve 4, and the liquid circulation passage 19 is connected with the heating ejector 22. The gas circulation passage 3 and the liquid circulation passage 19 are mutually connected through a circulation passage equalizing pipe 25. The vaporized steam generated in the jacket part 2 is sucked into the cooling ejector 6 from the gas circulation passage 3, passes through the circulation passage equalizing pipe 25, and is also sucked into the heating ejector 22 to prevent temperature in the jacket part 2 from rising.
