Two suction channels (13,13') are formed on the lower surface having a width (14) and a length (15). The lower surface has a polishing device (16), which takes 30% of the lower surface. The former suction channel is arranged forwardly to the polishing device related to a main direction of movement of the nozzle head, and the latter suction channel is arranged behind the polishing device.
