PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leak preventing structure of a fuel tank, capable of certainly preventing leak of fuel while enabling taking-in of the open air. SOLUTION: A lid member 5 having an air passage 10 communicating with the inside and outside of a tank 1 is provide at the oil supply port 3 of the tank 1 and a packing member 7 having an elastically deformable hollow semispherical expanded part 8 closing the oil supply port 3 and expanding into the tank 1 is provided in the inside of the lid member 5. A slit 12, which is opened when the pressure in the tank 1 becomes negative to permit the inflow of the open air and held in a closed state when the pressure of the fuel F in the tank 1 acts on the outer surface of the expanded part 8, is formed at the expanded part 8. |
