<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system equipped with a structure supplying air to a fuel cell by increasing a flow rate even under a high discharge pressure, and to provide a fuel cell vehicle carrying the fuel cell system with the improved structure for supplying air to the fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: Air is supplied to the cathode of a fuel cell stack 10 using a scroll compressor 22 and a turbo compressor 30.
