<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut easily a container made of polyester resin off without leaving a burr in a container side, when an excessive portion along a marginal part of the container is trimmed. <P>SOLUTION: When an ultrasonic horn 32 and a pushing member 33 are moved to a lower side, while supersonic oscillation of the ultrasonic horn 32 is carried out, toward a receiving member 31 in a state where a container 1 is mounted, first, the movement of the ultrasonic horn 32 is stopped by stopper members 35 and 36, immediately before a leading edge part 32a of the ultrasonic horn 32 and a leading edge part 31a of the receiving member 31 are contacted. Then, the pushing member 33 which is contacted with the container 1 in the above state, is further moved by compressing an elastic member 34. Thus, a trimming device of container made of polyester resin is constituted so that a portion 10 along the marginal part of the container 1 is cut off. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
