PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chat server, a chat system and a chat method for smoothly achieving communication in a chat by increasing the sympathy between users.

SOLUTION: This chat server 1 includes: a moving image transmission means 31 for transmitting broadcast data; an utterance acceptance means 32 for accepting utterance data through a communication line; an utterance storage means 33 for storing utterance data by associating the utterance data with an utterance time; an utterance identity determination means 34 for determining the same utterance content pertinent to a prescribed utterance time zone; an utterance totaling means 35 for totaling the number of utterance acquired by counting the same utterance content; an utterance display configuration determination means 36 for determining display configurations for displaying the utterance data based on the number of utterance; and an utterance display configuration transmission means 37 for transmitting the utterance display data acquired by associating the utterance data with the display configurations through a communication line.
