<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer sheet with upgraded breaking strength, impact resistance and anti-piercing properties, used as an intermediate film for a sealant of a solar cell element or laminated glass. <P>SOLUTION: This multilayer sheet is structured of (A) layer composed mainly of ethylene (meth)acrylic acid copolymer with a constituent unit of 5 to 25 wt.% derived from a (meth)axrylic acid or its ionomier, and (B) layer composed mainly of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer with the constituent unit of 15 to 40 wt.% derived from vinyl acetate.
