PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an electric power steering system combining an electric power steering device with a vehicular behavior control device, which reduces the interference between additional torque and vehicular behavior corrective torque to stabilize the vehicular behavior irrespective of the steering state. SOLUTION: The control device of the electric power steering system includes an additional torque computing means 12 for computing the additional torque value based on the steering torque value detected by a steering torque detection means, a corrective means 13 which obtains the corrected additional torque value by correcting the additional torque value based on the vehicular behavior corrective torque value of at least a vehicular behavior control device or obtains the corrected vehicular behavior corrective torque value by correcting the vehicular behavior corrective torque value of the vehicular behavior control device based on any one of the additional torque value and the motor driving current value, and an addition means 14 which obtains and outputs the target control value to be output to a controller for performing the drive control of a motor by the sum of the corrected additional torque value and the vehicular behavior correction torque value or the sum of the additional torque value and the corrected vehicular behavior correction torque value.
