METHOD FOR HARQ PROCESS ALLOCATION OF DL SEMI-PERSISTENT SCHEDULING AND CORRESPONDING SYSTEM

The present invention provides a method for a HARQ process allocation of DL SPS transmission between a base station and a UE and the corresponding system. The method includes the following steps: at the base station side, configuring the HARQ process reserved for the SPS transmission and correlative control information according to the RRC from upper layers or other control signaling, and sending it to the UE; the base station forwarding down a PDCCH based on a SPS-CRNTI to activate the SPS configuration information and indicate the HARQ process for the first SPS transmission before transmitting the SPS service for the first time; determining the HARQ process allocated for current transmission, and allocating the HARQ process reserved for the SPS transmission to a possible DS transmission when the SPS transmission is vacant; determining the type of transmission or retransmission executing in current HARQ process according to a pre-determined rule, executing corresponding data transmission or retransmission, and forwarding down the PDCCH correspondingly. The method and system of the present invention realize the allocation of the HARQ process for the DL SPS transmission by the improved opportunity of the DS transmission and the reduced ambiguity between different SPS transmissions and between the SPS and DS transmissions.
