<p>A children's car seat cover device having washability, waterproof and removability features. The covering has a flexible body construction, including a plurality of separable panel portions and a plurality of access regions formed through the body for access to the seat strap assembly. Additionally, the covering has two layers, the top layer on which the child sits being made of soft fashionable fabrics and the bottom layer being made of a waterproof fabric which provides the waterproof feature. The covering comprises a front cover with elastic skirt, and is designed to drape over and encapsulate a portion of the seat when attached. The releasable panel portions can be separated to allow access to the seat strap assembly, which includes shoulder straps and a crotch strap, and may be a five point harness type.</p> |
