LINING PAPER BEING MIXED ACTIVATED CHARCOAL AND MORDENITE AND HAVING EXCELLENT DEODORIZING ABILITY AND ANTIBACTERIAL PROPERTY, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Lining paper is characterized by containing activated charcoal and mordenite, having excellent deodorizing ability and antibacterial property, radiating far infrared ray and anion, promoting the circulation of blood, relieving fatigue, removing harmful gas, preventing oxidation, increasing an antibody against a disease and increasing power of resistance to infection. The lining paper is useful for packing material for fruits and vegetables. A manufacturing method thereof is provided. CONSTITUTION: Lining paper comprises: 57.0-64.3wt.% of pulp; 5.0-10.0wt.% of rosin; 5.0-10.0wt.% of gelatine; 18.0-23.0wt.% of activated charcoal; 0.7-1.0wt.% of mordenite; 1.0-2.0wt.% of polyacryl amide; and 1.0-2.0wt.% of melamine polyvinyl acetate. The lining paper is obtained by the steps of: (an agitating step) dissociating 57.0-64.3wt.% of the pulp into water on 2-5% of concentration; agitating the dissociated pulp with an agitator for 20-30min.; (a beating step) cutting and fibrillating the agitated pulp with a beater; (a sizing step) putting 5.0-10.0wt.% of the rosin and 5.0-10.0wt.% of the gelatine into the pulp; (a mixing step) mixing 18.0-23.0wt.% of the activated charcoal, 0.7-1.0wt.% of the mordenite, 1.0-2.0wt.% of the polyacryl amide and 1.0-2.0wt.% of the melamine polyvinyl acetate resin with the pulp; (a screening step) screening a mixture to remove impurities; and then (a paper-making step) pressing and drying the mixture to manufacture the paper.
