REMOTE CONTROLLER USING OPTICAL SIGNAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To attain remote control with less number of optical fiber cables by modulating an electric signal from an operation section into an optical signal and allowing a central controller to give an output to an assembling control section after this optical signal is transduced into the electric signal. CONSTITUTION:An operating section 8 at a bench side and an operating section 11 at a swing stand are provided with a detecting section such as operating lever conducting each operation of swing/hoisting/extract/strech motions of a boom 4. An electric signal for operation from the operating section 8 generated by operating this detecting section is transduced into an optical signal by a controller 9 at operating section side and inputted to a central cotnroller 10 via an optical fiber cable group provided along the boom 4. On the other hand, the electric signal for operation from the operating section 11 is also inputted to the controller 10. The controller 10 decodes the optical signal, discriminates signals for each motion by means of an information processing means and outputs a signal controlling the opening/closing of a hydraulic control valve 12 for motion related to boom.
