PURPOSE: A soundproof wall having a wind power generating function is provided to have soundproof and power generating functions by mounting a wind power generating system on top of the sound proof wall. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof wall having a wind power generating function comprises a soundproof panel(20), a wind power generator(30) and a wind velocity sensor. The soundproof panel is connected between a plurality of posts fixed on a ground(P). The wind power generator is mounted on top of the soundproof wall and generates electricity using the wind. The wind velocity sensor is installed in the wind power generator. The wind velocity sensor detects the speed of the wind and makes power generation stop when the speed of the wind is over than 25m/s.
