PURPOSE: A hierarchical multiuser communication method using a substitution terminal is provided to efficiently reduce the communication maintaining time reduction rate when the communication terminal is separated from hierarchical multiuser communication. CONSTITUTION: A margin of a neighbor terminal is calculated by the terminal performing the multiuser hierarchical communications. A substitution terminal is instituted by using the margin of the neighbor terminal connected to the terminal(S530). The terminal is connected to the neighbor terminals connected to the terminal of the connected neighbor terminals(S550).
