PURPOSE: A solid scaffold consisting of bone powder and fibrin glue is provided, which increases absorption and maintainability of a factor promoting the bone growth and induces quick osteogenesis. CONSTITUTION: A solid scaffold consisting of bone powder and fibrin glue is manufactured by a step of mixing fibrin glue and one kind of bone powder selected from bone powder originated from corpse, bone powder originated from animal, or synthesized bone powder; a step of forming a plurality of pores to receive a factor for bone growth acceleration; and a step of forming a shape suitable for the loss portion in which the bone regeneration is necessary.
