<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a host side to which a file is input to easily detect the completion of print processing. <P>SOLUTION: A print system includes a job management system having: a detection means (S701) for detecting the input of a file to a HotFolder; a transfer means (S702) for transferring the duplicate of the file detected by the detection means to an image forming apparatus; a monitoring means (S703) for monitoring the processing situations of the transferred file; and a means (S704) for deleting the file input to the HotFolder after detecting the completion of printing of the file transferred to the image forming apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
