PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a bus plate is provided to improve durability, hardness, and a withstanding voltage property. CONSTITUTION: A plating object including copper is prepared(S100). A coating object is formed by plating tin with the plating object(S200). Exposure of the coating object is partially blocked by attaching a masking member to the coating object(S300). An insulation film is coated by spraying paint material on the coating object in which the masking member is attached through a spray gun(S400). The coating object is dried. An insulation film part coated on the masking member is selectively removed by removing the masking member(S500). A bus plate is completed by cleaning the coating object(S600).
