<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody useful for treatment and diagnosis of B cell disorders, such as malignant tumors and autoimmune diseases since conventional methods for treating B cell malignant tumors by using B cell chemotherapies, radiotherapies and the like have limited usefulness due to harmful side effects thereof but medicines are selectively delivered to tumor sites by using monoclonal antibodies to introduce radionuclides, toxins or other medicines into tumors and thereby the possibilities of controlling the toxicity to normal tissues are given. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed are humanized, chimeric or human anti-CD20 antibodies binding to human B cell marker, referred to as CD20, CD20 antibody fusion proteins, and methods of treatment and diagnosis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
