The motor vehicle air conditioning system (1) has a pipe or channel (3) for guiding a fluid, and a wall (4), which comprises a flow area. An upper surface (5) of the wall restricts the flow area. The upper surface has partial lugs or recesses to reduce the energy loss of the fluid guided by the flow area. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing a pipe or channel for guiding a fluid in a motor vehicle air conditioning system; (2) a method for manufacturing a rotor, for e.g. ventilator or fluid guiding device, for e.g. valve or flap, for a motor vehicle air conditioning system; and (3) a method for manufacturing a motor vehicle air conditioning system.
