<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arising-from-bed estimation device for easily estimating a gravity center position when a human body arises from a bed. <P>SOLUTION: The arising-from-bed estimation device 10 includes: three ultrasonic transceivers 12a-12c to be attached in a triangular shape to a head board 11 arranged at the end part of the bed 5; a reflection wave measuring part 14 for measuring reflection intensity of the reflection wave to be reflected from the human body on the bed 5 and a reflection time when the reflection intensity reaches a peak; and a gravity center estimating part 15 for estimating the gravity center position when the human body arises from the bed, based on an integration value obtained by integrating the reflection intensity with the reflection time, positions for oscillating ultrasonic wave by the ultrasonic transceivers 12a-12c, and the reflection time Tp when the reflection intensity reaches the peak. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
