<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reusable IC player for examinations which has little risk that information of voice data used for an examination is leaked. <P>SOLUTION: An organization-side distribution device 100 is managed by a center 10. The organization-side distribution device 100 encrypts voice data to be used for a hearing test, and distributes the voice data as encrypted voice data to controlling computers 201, 202, and N installed in each test site through a network 12. The respective controlling computers 201, 202, ... N receive the encrypted voice data, and distribute the encrypted voice data to each IC player by short range radio communication. Each IC player receives the encrypted voice data, decrypts the encrypted voice data and stores it in a rewritable manner.
